- Ability to add different routing depending on business hours is great
The routing to correct departments is invaluable and the ability to make oneself unavailable and to have it seamlessly go to the general IVR is awesome.
We didn’t have nearly enough options or automated voice options with Google. RingEX focuses solely on communication and excelled at it, such a robust software.
