Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I run a property management company where we rely heavily on our phone system. We often need to update or add prompts and support had always been there to help us.

Cons

  • Contact syncing with apple
  • Ability to add different routing depending on business hours is great
The routing to correct departments is invaluable and the ability to make oneself unavailable and to have it seamlessly go to the general IVR is awesome.
We didn’t have nearly enough options or automated voice options with Google. RingEX focuses solely on communication and excelled at it, such a robust software.

I love how it gives us such a professional appearance, allows for my employees to use their device but use a general company phone number and I love how pliable the options are.
