Overall Satisfaction with RingEX
We use RingEX for our phone system. We have multiple offices with different phone number and extensions that we use.
RingEx allows us to have multiple numbers ring though the same system, and provides callers with the ability to selection the department, extension or office they are trying to reach.

Pros
- Ability to make changes on demand
- Agility to have multiple offices, extensions and options run through the same system
- Easy set up for phones
Cons
- Text messages showing from the main number can only be used through the super admin account, not when users are log on to their extensions
- We have had issues in the past with call forwarding being turned on and not forwarding to the phone, this also happens when we try to turn the forwarding feature off
- Its more expensive then the system we used before
We had multiple phone numbers that we use for different businesses, when we started using RingEx we were able to have all the lines forwarded to the same system and setup functions and options through here to get all of our callers to the correct business/department with out having multiple different phone lines.
