Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

Business VOIP phone system. Have 3 staff, 3 dedicated lines, and using call routing to manage call handling during different hours of the day. Also used for internal team messaging, as well as customer texting.

  • High cost
  • Doesn't integrate with other platforms as well as other alternatives
  • Enabled the ability to effectively track and report call metrics
  • Improved TTA and answered percentages via call groups
  • Streamlined business communications for internal and external interactions
Mostly always available. Never have had issues personally with reliability, however occasionally get notifications that there are outages.
RingEX enables us to keep all of our client communication in one place. With effective integration to our CRM (hubspot), we're able to unify everything that matters when it comes to communication.
RingEX overall is significantly better than Kixie. It's more reliable, has better features, and is significantly easier to use. Higher cost, but at the end of the day, telephony is one of the most important aspects of my business, and not one where cutting costs is the top priority.

RingEX is a good fit for a growing team looking to streamline their call center. Very reliable service, but at a higher cost than others. If reliability is a priority, this is a solid fit. Also, lots of ways to customize the experience. Takes a bit of technical know-how to get everything set up, but I had a mostly positive experience working with their support team to resolve issues.
