Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX for our VoIP phone system. It is effective and efficient that allows for ease of user onboarding and management.

Cons

  • User forum is outdated
  • Business SMS was hard to complete
  • Cost savings compared to non-VoIP options
  • Ability to review calls
We only have issues when internet is down due to being a VoIP service
Making the voicemails for holidays in advance has helped as well as the auto-receptionist
Cheaper. Better UI. Less reliable due to being VoIP
