Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

It is our main communication device for phone, messaging and fax. It provides office-like connection for associates who are working from home across the state.

Pros

  • Call logs
  • Fax preview
  • Conference calling

Cons

  • It was difficult to find the button to merge calls initially. Label buttons better
  • Service is reliable allowing us to communicate with families without interruption
  • Multiple options for communication makes serving clients easier
We have not had any issues with service outages since we began with RingCentral.
Service reliability is much better. Platform is much easier to use as well.

It works well with various internet connections. Adding and dropping participants from calls is fairly self-explanatory. Screening of spam calls/faxes could be better.
