Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

I would highly recommend using RingCentral. Their support is top-tier and very responsive. Always happy to help and easy to call in. They will solve the problem with you on the first call. Good communication on any updates. Keeping compliance on text messaging. Always keep the software updated.

There have been outages in the past, but they keep you updated on their status page. They instantly start working to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The reporting is clearly laid out if your area is impacted. They ensure that they email any updates they've made to the portal or any products they offer.
Our office really enjoys the call analytics to track the number of calls our sales department makes throughout the day. The hours they call and the connection rate they have at different times of the day. This reporting provides the department with the best insight into when to reach out to the audience and connect with a live person on the phone.

When setting up a new user with a phone. I can call in their support line. They followed me through every step of setting up the new phone. Our office has very specific settings, and our support staff will walk you through the completion. Even do test calls, making sure the user is properly set up for voicemails, faxes, or any type of notifications.
