Overall Satisfaction with Robly

We use Robly for our monthly multi-programs email newsletters and annual fundraising asks. The OpenGen feature has greatly increased our open rates for all campaigns.

  • OpenGen feature is a big plus; we saw a 25% increase in our open rates in the first 3 months.
  • Being able to flight the email delivery over a multi-hour span is also a bonus.
  • Interfacing with Google Analytics also helps us review our email newsletters' effectiveness.
  • The design features are very limited; we feel that we are very restricted in our newsletter layout options.
  • Video takes forever to plug into design layouts.
  • Very limited in the types of media to insert into emails.
  • Much greater open rate of emails.
  • Increase in email-based fundraising campaigns' performance.
More functionality than Constant Contact.
Not able to copy-and-paste from one template to another, and retain formatting, or to work in two design windows simultaneously. So campaigns that use repeating layout sections have to be built individually, which is a big functionality drawback.
