By using ADP Run, we are able to quickly access and/or modify employee information.

Pros and Cons

Ease of access, including the mobile app
User-friendly with easily identifiable modules with icons and tabs.

The custom reporting section isn't as user-friendly as most of the modules. We would benefit from additional filtering options.

Return on Investment

Paperless payroll, saving on shipping costs.
Employees love the Employee Access and the ability to make changes directly.

Alternatives Considered

We also use ADP 401k, ADP EZ Labor Manager and ADP Employee Access which are also easy to use.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a small business, ADP Run gives the opportunity to perform more advanced HR functionality at an affordable price.
