Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

We use RUM for payroll. We are a small business and use it to pay all employees and to track payments for subcontractors.
  • It is easy to use. Implementation process is easy. Reports are easy to create and access. IIF files to Quickbooks are simple.
  • As a small business, time is valuable; I wear multiple hats. Having easy access makes all the difference.
  • They take care of all taxes. We do not have to worry about paying those on time. As they handle all aspects of taxes.
  • I don't have any complaints. The system is easy.
  • Our employees are paid with direct deposit. They are not worrying about getting checks to get to [the bank]. Thus they are more productive on payday.

It is well suited for a small business to handle their payroll. [It] Gives direct deposit, Visa pay cards, or checks if you choose. We had all our employees either on direct deposit or Visa pay cards; ADP was one of the few companies that was in line with state and federal laws concerning the pay cards.
