Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used ADP Run for payroll weekly since 1/2/18. I enjoy just entering in the payroll information and the rest is done by ADP. It is quick and easy and I can go on and do the rest of my work in no time. Thank you, ADP for working with small businesses like ours.

Pros and Cons

Pros

They help me to get my payroll done quickly by the setup that was created. I enjoy the ease of access on the site.
They answer any questions I have in a timely manner and got me set up with not much headaches.
They get me my live checks the next business day.

Cons

The ability to go in and change the payroll after submitted for a small amount of time in case of corrections needed.
Access to tax information easier to get to for the company.
Answers to questions updated regarding live checks we write, need to add taxes with no check.

Return on Investment

It has made my job easier when it comes to paying payroll taxes. My job runs smoother.
My boss does not have to worry about the time I utilize on payroll.
Employees are aware of their deposits.

Alternatives Considered

I selected Run ADP because I don't have to rely on one person for payroll processing. I rely on a company instead.

Other companies we have use I had to do most of the work as far as when problems arose. They could not help me where I needed the help.

Likelihood to Recommend

Run ADP is well suited for small businesses because the price is not as high as other companies. It is easier to use especially regarding payroll taxes being paid. I don't have to remember dates, ADP reminds me when payroll is due and when documents are needed for new employees. It is easy to access and update information.
