Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP

Used for payroll and some recruiting services. Being able to process payroll just one day prior to the check date is a big help. The online platform is easy to use. I appreciate being able to use RUN on a PC, via the app or contacting customer service by phone when needed.

  • More access via the app to reports etc. The functionality of the app is somewhat limited compared to the web page
  • I don't think there is any real ROI. It's a payroll platform and a good one but it does not produce any return other than a little more time to run payroll due to next day processing.
They were more expensive and payroll had to be submitted two days prior to the check date which can be stressful depending on the calendar. The platform was much more cumbersome to use than ADP's RUN. We have had very good experiences with the RUN platform with regard to ease of use, the reporting access as well as customer service.
The payroll sid of RUN is great. I'm sure that there is much value in the upgraded HR package other than the free Zip Recruiter job posting. In the past, when I have had HR related questions and contact ADP, they refer me to the "handbook". To me, some guidance would sometimes be helpful. I understand that it is tricky but the reason I'm calling in these situations is that the laws/handbook are unclear.
