Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We use it to process payroll and keep track of taxes that are paid on our behalf.

Pros

  • Input data.
  • Pays employees.
  • Takes care of most taxes.

Cons

  • The new tax display is not user friendly or intuitive. I keep having to go to the classic view to get what I need.
  • Keep changing things and not always for the better. Sometimes I must call to find out where I need to go to do something.
  • It has reduced my workload by a lot since I only have to enter hours into the payroll system.
Run is much easier to use and gives better reports.
