Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
I have not used this much and I know it is there but I have not taken advantage of it.
I run bi-weekly payroll which includes paying commissions, hourly, salary, bonuses, and 401k deductions.
- I pay commissions once a we receive payment from a client.
- I pay bonuses based on hitting individual goals.
- I deduct weekly 401k contributions.
- Reports could be run and sent to me automatically after payroll is processed.
- It makes payroll easy so I can spend my time managing the business vs on the administration side.
Yes, everyone has been invited to the portal but I don't know that anyone really takes advantage of it. It may be beneficial to understand why it is beneficial and have a user session with employees on the benefits.
