Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
We have not yet used any HR features, but we are looking into using them for our independent contractors.
Using RUN Powered by ADP has made payroll changes easier for me. When our pastor's deductions change each year, I can easily make the changes myself. The previous payroll company we used wasn't as easy, and it took several email exchanges to get any changes made. I can go into our account and look up taxes and payroll amounts easily any time or multiple times a week if necessary. It is very easy to run payroll and check to make sure everything is correct.
Pros
- Makes running payroll easy.
- Makes correct tax payments for employees.
- Provides tax statements for employees.
Cons
- Navigation of the website is sometimes difficult.
- Easier way to find out billing for payroll.
- More details on billing or credits to accounts.
- It has made payroll less stressful.
- There is less time spent on figuring out taxes.
So far only two employees have accessed their information.
