Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Zip Recruiter is a very helpful tool for running and reviewing candidates. It is easy to use and a great tool.
We use it for payroll, tax filings, 401K retirement through ADP, and work comp insurance payments. We also use it for 1099 independent contractor filings and W2s at the end of the year.
Pros
- Generate pay stubs
- Generate fantastic and easy to navigate reporting.
- Super easy to make adjustments to our general payroll.
- Easy to understand tax filings.
Cons
- Adding out of state employees is a challenge and confusing to us.
- Has eliminated the need for a full time bookkeeper or payroll agent.
- Has saved a minimum of 20 hours a week in comparing data for salary reviews.
It certainly helps us avoid calls from employees and having to pull pay stubs, etc., for employee inquiries.
