Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We use the employee handbook wizard pretty much exclusively for our handbook. We also use the webinars to train HR and often reach out to our reps with more specific questions.
I use ADP Run primarily for payroll and the document vault.

  • We keep up to date with changing laws and regulations.
Our employees have somewhat complicated pay structures involving commission, and it helps them to see details about each job and commission type they receive. It also helps them manage their own money and see what comes in and out.
The payroll side of RUN is pretty similarly useful as other products, but the HR side is definitely more useful. I appreciate the ability to talk with a rep about specific questions and the fact that there are so many articles, webinars, and podcasts available.

Run works well for creating handbooks, ongoing learning, and updating new policies and laws. I also like the organized system for keeping employee documentation.
