Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

As a small marine construction company, managing payroll can feel like a daunting task. ADP is very user-friendly for someone like myself who lacks extensive experience in HR or payroll systems. The dashboard makes it incredibly easy to navigate through employee information and pay rates.

ADP automatically calculates overtime pay based on the hours worked, which is essential for maintaining compliance with labor laws and ensuring fair compensation with Davis-Bacon laws. Job costing per employee on a per-project basis is not implemented into the software and requires third-party software.
