ADP saves time and is cost effective

It has been beneficial in consolidating our HR policies, holidays, code of conduct, employee benefits, and HR procedures and standards in one place. Employees are saving time by referring to the handbook when they have questions. They can also access it digitally and search through the contents.

It helps us with our Payroll, Workers Compensation Insurance, IRS and State Agency Notices and Actions, Employment Records, Employee Benefits, Financial Reports, and Tax Documents. Our use is crucial for running our business. Without ADP RUN we would have spend more time and money. The time savings help us focus on our business.

This feature saves time by avoiding email and other methods of back and forth on employee matters. Employees can access their pay stubs and other documents. Previously, they used to send an email and wait for a response from our HR team. This waiting was causing unnecessary frustrations. The self-service capability is available 24x7 and employees are happy.

Yes, we have been saving time to process payroll, deal with tax agencies, and deal with employee requests. Payroll process is highly streamlined and accessible. Multiple reports available save time in obtaining the right information needed for accounting and tax filing purposes. Employee management is also simple and effective. We have not yet used the mobile app, but intend to use it soon.
