HR advisors are very knowledgeable and I love the updates on compliance changes! The tax experts and payroll experts are always helpful if I need to call for an off cycle check.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for HR and Payroll processes. It keeps track of hours, pto, sick time in one neat package.
Pros
- Track PTO year to date, used vs. accrued.
- Make paystubs accessible to Employees 24/7
- Makes payroll an easy process
Cons
- Tax document upload dates are usually off
- Drop down menu of why someone was termed needs to have an "other" category for HR to type a different reason if not on drop down
- Digital upload of personnel file is slow. Wish I could do a mass upload
- Made offering employees sick time this year very easy, I was able to do a mass update for it to be applied to whole workforce
- Off- cycle checks for commissions that came in late are so easy
Being able to see pay stubs and W-2 information as soon as they are processed on our side.
The app is great for on the go, I do wish I could see the employee names instead of just initials though.
RUN Powered by ADP®'s features save a lot of time. Always handles all the garnishments and tax documents I enter promptly and accurately.
