We have not utilized any of these items. We have an HR department that helps with the company handbooks and job postings. We are a very small, specialized skills company.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use RUN Powered by ADP® in a small company, where I am basically the whole department. Trusting that payroll is correct - that laws are watched and action is taken to update processes, deductions, tax returns are completed for our company is such a relief. I love having the chat feature available for any questions or concerns I may have. The staff are genuinely very knowledgeable and helpful.

Return on Investment

Onboarding Efficiency: Users valued the ease of onboarding new hires using online features instead of traditional paperwork.
Efficiency to obtain reports and pay stubs within a few minutes to processing of the payroll
Ability to calculate bonus checks so that employee net is exactly what the total bonus net amount should be

Employee Self-Service

We do not allow our employees to access the RUN Powered by ADP® system. I have asked several times to have all employees set to receive their W2 electronically. I was assured that this has been done but I can still see that it hasn't been.

Time Saving Features

Yes, I am saving alot of time by not having to figure out the deductions and etc from each employee. We have several employees in several states so having RUN Powered by ADP® do this automatically is great!!!

RUN Powered by ADP® automatically applies the correct state and local tax rules without requiring manual intervention. Quarterly and year-end tax filings seem to be a little slow in getting processed but otherwise requires no effort from me which frees up alot of my time. I do wish that job costing was better reported. I have tried to create a job costing report but it is not very friendly.
