We are a relatively new client of RUN Powered by ADP® and have not utilized any of the above mentioned features yet

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RUN Powered by ADP® as a payroll partner to manage payroll, taxes and compliance. We also use some people management functions like new hire paperwork. The RUN Powered by ADP® system software allow us to be more efficient time wise and not have to worry about making compliance deadlines or providing reports and payments.

We don't have to have a dedicated full-time payroll/HR person in staff
We don't have to worry about accuracy of our payroll and accuracy of reports
We don't have to worry about compliance deadlines to meet

Employee Self-Service

I assume they like being able to access all of their information directly as I have not had many requests now for this information, and when I do I appreciate being able to refer them to their own portal.

Time Saving Features

Yes, obviously all of the above save us time.

RUN ADP Mobile App

All have been signed up for the app but I don't know how many use this as opposed to the desktop/laptop version. I think the younger employees use the app more.

Alternatives Considered

RUN Powered by ADP® was just starting as a preferred vendor or our franchise system, and we are trying it out upon that recommendation. The system is much easier to use than the one provided by Vensure, takes less time, and on the whole, customer service is better.

I think I have already answered the pros -- on-boarding our new hires has been good once we learned the system, payroll reporting has been fast and easy. The cons are again, communication when multiple departments are involved, a few small glitches in the system (only on email per account, only one email notices can go to, etc.)

Ease of use. I don't have a lot of time in my day as I wear many hats and RUN Powered by ADP® is intuitive and very easy to use and therefore efficient. I spend much less time on this part of my job than I previously did and I have more confidence that it is done right.
