Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We do not use the HR features.
Our company only uses RUN to process payroll, but we are very happy with it. RUN makes payroll a quick and easy task. It is very user-friendly. Should you need any help, customer service is always available. They are very knowledgeable and work hard to solve your issue. It is easy to maintain employee information. It is also simple to obtain reports for audit purposes as well should the need arise. We highly recommend RUN for your payroll processing needs.

Employees can easily track their hours and paychecks.
The automatic error flagging is useful. It forces you to double-check your payroll before submitting it.

Easy to navigate. Processing payroll is quick. RUN makes sure you double-check employee hours/wages before submitting. Employee Access is difficult for our employees to understand - many sign up and don't realize the buttons they are clicking, like electronic document enrollment, due to language barriers.
