Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

most of these haven't used because we already had it but would be helpful if we need to edit or redo in the future
For everything payroll, 401k and HR related unless its something we do ourselves

  • pto tracking
  • retirement deductions
  • compliance alerts when laws change

Cons

  • support- dedicated person for each company
  • better options for reports
  • simplified and streamlined our payroll, 401k, hr management and processes
those that are computer literate enough to use, love it, especially 401k contribution adjustments
yes, it helps to me to make less errors which we cost me lots of time
I will have to give it a try. I haven't used it in the last 2 years
never used another program, no reason to switch

if you are knowledgeable and don't need much support its well suited, if you need a lot of person interaction support on payroll and HR questions, it is not as appropriate as I think that the support could be better
