RUN Powered by ADP® is versatile and user friendly

Oh yes, LOVE the fact that we can use ZipRecruiter for hiring needs. We have accessed this HR feature on numerous occasions over the years. Please continue to keep this feature as part of RUN Powered by ADP®.

Have not used the Employee Handbook Wizard yet but have utilized the HR HelpDesk which was a positive experience.

We use RUN Powered by ADP® to process our payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
The problems we encounter are usually dealing with hours worked by employees and we keep track of them with a product called ClockShark which integrates nicely with RUN Powered by ADP®.
The scope of our use is strictly for payroll purposes, even though we use ADP's 401k retirement plan for payroll deductions.

I don't think many employees take advantage of the Employee Access portal. They don't usually access this portal unless they are trying to find a prior earnings statement (paystub). Most of our employees have not signed up for access to the Employee Access portal but hopefully that will change going forward.

I actually have not used the automatic tax deduction/filing service. Nor am I familiar with the easy-to-use payroll interface, I will have to do more research on this feature.
I also am not familiar with automatic error flagging UNLESS that is the feature that lets you know if you have forgot to pay an employees or underpaid or overpaid an employee during the payroll process.
