Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Management has not decided to look into HR yet.
We process semi-monthly payroll and bonuses in RUN Powered by ADP. The ease and flexibility with hourly, salary, substitutes, and pto tracking/reports has greatly streamlined our payroll process.

Pros

  • creating specific pto categories to adhere to school desires
  • tracking pto and flexible and easy to read reports
  • flexible with changing pay date
  • reports are great

Cons

  • breakdown of deductions on RUN Powered by ADP input screen
  • separate column for hours worked and pto taken
  • one report with all pto totals for all staff
  • staff greatly appreciates the ease of instantly accessing info on phone
  • staff time cut way down in prepping and processing payroll
  • reduces paper consumption
Employees are happy to be able to access information at any time. Less staff time used to assist other staff with payroll information access, copies of documentation/reports or explaining their payroll and pto.
A large amount of time has been saved with ADP filing taxes. Processing payroll in RUN Powered by ADP is extremely easy to use. The staff gives positive feedback about the mobile app and its ease of use and instant information available at any time. The error flagging is helpful to suggest a permanent or one-time change in payments, if a staff's earnings seems higher than typical, and if an employee was simply skipped.
Multiple staff have reported how easy it is and appreciates the instant information. One staff reported that they pulled up their recent check stub while buying a car and was thrilled to have it done right there.
Management selected RUN Powered by ADP before my employment but I am thrilled with the product, it's flexibility and ease. I feel like ADP has though of every question for something I need or want and has it in place.

RUN Powered by ADP has proven very flexible with creating a salary for certain hourly staff who have repeating hours so hours do not have to be input each payroll. Also, some staff earn pto like full time staff though they do not work full time. Creating these categories, inputting and tracking is easy. Separating the hours worked from the pto area would make things more clear.
