Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I am certainly happy that I do not have to calculate any taxes, social security and any changes to tax implications for health insurance and 401k's. I love that I will enter the data and RUN Powered by ADP® has the reports that I can print. The best part is that it works with QuickBooks and my CPA can have access. This is a gamechanger and worth the money.

Cons

  • Making sure I get the posters. I didn't get them for a few years and I am still waiting to get them. I did talk with someone and I'm just waiting to get them for both of my offices.
  • It works well with 401k third party vendor.
  • I would like to see a history of salary changes. I can't figure that out.
Our employees can access their W2s and check stubs quickly. I also appreciate they can make changes to their info if needed.
Yes, all of this is a time saver. I have used my mobile app to process payroll, which I never thought I would do. I didn't have to carry a laptop around with me and all I had to do was push a button. How easy is that? I was super excited!
I have and I posted about it on my last question.
The last product we had, my boss/husband was calling in the payroll amounts. When I took over I knew that was not going to work. I needed to see and quickly enter the information and just be able to push a button to get the payroll processed. There is no waiting for a call back or anything. I can take care of it in one window.

I would love an easier way to access past payroll packages for my QuickBooks. I've had to write down the steps because I still forget. I love that my CPA can sign in and help me if needed. I would like to be able to have a way to keep a record of an employee if they come and go several times. I do love that I can call and get quick help from support. I also love how easy it it to enter our staff's commission and make tweaks to each of their payrolls. I would love to be able to post "comments/notes to individual employees" on their payroll login or on their checks. But, I am completely happy and would highly recommend RUN Powered by ADP® payroll services.
