Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

We do not use any HR features at this time.
We use RUN Powered by ADP® for payroll and 401k for employees. It addresses a need to process payroll and make it user friendly for employees to register and keep track of their compensation. We like the fact that they correspond and perform tax needs on behalf of the client as well. It's great to know that we do not need to worry about those.

Pros

  • Account and employee setup ease
  • Customer support chat is actually helpful.
  • It is communicated very well if something is missing or needs to be updated.
  • Waiving for 3 months of payroll processing fees was great for the three clients I helped switch from another payroll provider.
  • They had a promotion to waive the $1,500 setup fee for a new payroll account.
The employees have direct access to their information and also for support if something needs to be updated.
The tax portion alone has saved a lot of time. RUN Powered by ADP® updates that by themselves and only involve the client if there is something they are not allowed to do on our behalf.
We have a great relationship with ADP for other clients. It was kind of a no brainer to switch to them. Big difference with customer support and ease of use.

I worked with RUN Powered by ADP® to switch from Paychex payroll to ADP Run. The reps were super responsive and helpful in the setup. It was extremely easy and user friendly. With all the different payroll companies I have used for multiple clients, RUN Powered by ADP® has been the easiest in my opinion. They also have great benefits for referrals and offer deals all the time. Whether it is waiving of setup fees or giving a few months free for new clients.
