Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®
Have not used yet, but plan to use Handbook Wizard
We use RUN Powered by ADP® to process our semi monthly payroll. By using RUN Powered by ADP®, I am able to more efficiently use my time for other tasks. RUN Powered by ADP® makes payroll so easy and processes and files all quarterly tax returns. Easily produces necessary reports.
Pros
- Accurately generates payroll
- Provides detailed accounting reports
- Files quarterly taxes
Cons
- Payroll items sometimes hard to find (i.e. K-1 is so far over, hard to locate)
- Too many solicitation emails
- Lowered my annual cost for processing payroll
- Frees up time for other tasks-able to focus on big picture accounting
- Provides detailed reports for planning purposes-time saver
Ability to view stubs, taxes, etc. I do not think our emloyees use it very often except at year end
Payroll is very easy to process--less than 5 minutes. I can process it from my desk or from my phone giving me the ability to work anywhere resulting in saved time. I have not had any flagged errors yet, but knowing that this feature is available gives me piece of mind.
I have used the mobile app to review items while on vacation.
I moved from Paychex to ADP due to 1: an excellent sales rep. 2: Lower cost
