Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Have not utilized this feature.
We are a small company that uses Run Powered by ADP to run our biweekly payroll.
RP-ADP takes care of all the tax reporting that is necessary to be in compliance with the state and federal government.

Pros

  • Ensures payroll is deposited into agreed upon banking location
  • Sends reminders to submit payroll
  • Availability of support services and the ability to speak to a "real person"

Cons

  • Relatively new user, unable to answer this question with full transparency.
  • Have utilized RUN Powered by ADP® for two payroll cycles, the adherence to tax withdrawals and reporting to state and federal entities is most helpful.
This is an excellent feature and provides accessibility to employees with up to date information regarding payroll. This also reduces the calls to payroll, HR for this information.
Nice feature, have not utilized.
