Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

For payroll, time keeping, reimbursement for QSEHRA and 401 K. RUN Powered by ADP® takes care of the above, which relieves me of problems because of the great ADP platform.

  • There needs to be more reports available before the payroll is processed
  • Positive: The job costing capability saves 10-15 hours from previous payroll processor
  • Positive: The integrated 401K and QSEHRA to payroll and year end reporting
I think it is useful for employees and independent contractors through ease of use.
The job costing feature has saved me a great deal of time already, 15 hours+ per pay period. The tax filing of 1099's for independent contractors (a majority of our workforce). The app is good but I usually use the web version.

Doing all the things I've mentioned in previous screens. There are too few reports available before the payroll is processed, especially in Excel format.
