My employees like being able to independently access the payroll features themselves. They can change their banking information or deposit allocations, at anytime. They also appreciate having ready access to their W-2s for tax purposes.
I absolutely the features that allow me to easily access information. It definitely saves me time when I am putting together financial reports and employee reports for the proposals I bid on with public agencies that require this type of information.
Overall, RUN Powered by ADP® has contributed to smoother operations, fewer errors, and more predictable payroll cycles, which supports our broader goals of efficiency and compliance. I switched from another provider for three reasons: 1. Cost, 2. Less aggressive add-on sales tactics, 3. Sales representatives have less turn-over and more accessibility than my previous provider.
