Best Billing software ever used
Overall Satisfaction with RXNT
We use the billing software only for billing out claims for an Anesthesia Group.
Pros
- On boarding training was fantastic
- Very easy to find what you need from the dashboard
- The auto posting is wonderful
- Set up was very easy
- The training videos are very easy to follow
Cons
- Adding our logo to patient statements would be a great option
- Being able to make changes to a charge that has been posted and reconciled vs having a hard close
- We have only used since January
- The auto posting saves so much time we can get patient statements out quicker.
- Keeping track of the different providers with reports helps us to not miss any charges.
10 out of 10 for RXNT for how easy is is to use. The other systems don’t have the easy flow and functionality that RXNT has. The cost was also a reason we went with RXNT, there were no hidden fees they were transparent with everything and have so many different options that fit our needs perfectly.

We did not purchase premium support only because of the years of experience we have the learning curve is only the functions of the new system. Due to the training and Learn section I have only had to contact support once about adding a part time provider
