Overall Satisfaction with RXNT

We use RXNT for full revenue cycle management software needs. As a medical billing, coding, and analytics company we have a wide variety of needs as it relates to the medical billing process.

Some of the business problems the product has been able address are efficiency in billing, the ability to gather enough information about a patients account to speed up our processes. It has also helped us eliminate blind spots in the work of our employees.

Pros

  • Patient portal, communications with patients and an easy to use platform for communciation.
  • Auto posting features and claim scrubbing tools.
  • Claim management and the ability to easily work to correct claims errors, rejections, and denials.
  • Easy customizable reporting tools for administrative analysis on our perfromance.

Cons

  • The system can sometimes be slow in response time.
  • RXNT has allowed us to ramp up bringing on new clients from an average of 90 to 120 days to under 60 days.
  • We have save an average of 3-5 hours per month on admin costs due to the extensive, easy to understand reporting tools.
  • Clean claim accuracy has risen by an additional 7% using RXNT.
It’s flexibility, well
thought out, intuitive approach to the life cycle of a claim and overall ease make it an easy choice for medical claim management. In addition, the excellent customer support makes this an easy choice
for EHR platforms.
We've always been on the
lookout for the right software that meets our clients’ clinical needs but is
also robust on the medical billing side. Something that integrates well for
patient communication such as a user friendly patient portal and great billing
tools for follow. Although there are some other systems we use that may have one item that seems better, the overall satisfaction and integration RXNT offers makes the product choice easy for us.

I believe it is best suited for organizations that wish to utilize all of the available tools within the system.

I do not believe it is well suited for organizations that lack a deep understanding of the revenue cycle process or individuals who try to cut corners in managing accounts receivables.

It works extraordinarily well in situations where one will take the time to set up all the available tools, test them, and make them part of their workflow.
