Overall Satisfaction with Sage 50 Accounting
We use Sage Accounting for managing all of our needs for the company. We manage our A/R and A/P, write checks and calculate our payroll. We do not use it for credit card payments or direct deposits. It has been a very good fit for our company for quite some time.
- Manage general ledger accounts.
- Manage A/P.
- Provide in-depth reporting.
- Manage balances on multiple purchase orders within a company.
- Load time. The application itself is slow to load.
- Simple to use. Less accounting staff needed.
- Robust features and great support. Able to do more with less downtime.
- Frequent updates keep tax tables up to date and correct.
While QuickBooks is a great program, we found Sage to be a better fit for our company. QuickBooks does, however, offer more integration with other software applications and some even require QuickBooks to run.
