It is being used across the organization, for managing clients, relationships, vendors, leads, proposals and sales.

  • Allows for Data to be manipulated at any level. Canned processes and workflows to accurately control processes.
  • Customer service cases allow for a complete view, communications and flexibility.
  • Broader integration to Sage 100
  • With multiple offices and limits on face to face time, we can all see what we need.

Sage CRM is stronger or equal to each. The depth that is available out of the box is excellent, and though configuration is almost necessary, it makes the product extremely powerful. Many clients rely on the integration to Sage 100 accounting and the ease of communication that allows.
Suitability depends on the size of the user base, integration needs, module requirements, and configuration needs.

Using Sage CRM

As a reseller we use what we sell and our skills and training are better for it.
