Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is being used to track time, submit expense reports, track projects and monitor finances for departments. The entire organization uses it and all new employees are onboarded onto the program. It allows us to track time and project expenses all in one place, which has been incredibly valuable to help us scale.
- Easy tracking for AR so that individual owners of accounts can follow up on them
- Simple time tracking that has flexibility in how it is set up
- Great to track specific projects and profitability of those projects
- It could use some guidance in nonprofit fund accounting
- It claims it is a project management system but it is not comprehensive; it only tracks project management on the finance side
- Customer service isn't great - all needs to be done through your consultant
- Saved a lot of senior management time in tracking budgets
- Easily can see who is working what hours
- Better planning with data
