Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct was initially rolled out to be used by the entire organization. Core financials are still maintained in Intacct but we've moved the majority of T&M users off of Intacct and on to Mavenlink which integrates with Intacct. Intacct is our ERP, our core financial software and source of truth for all financial reporting.
- Consolidation of multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Customized dashboards and reports
- AP Automation/EFT integration (both custom and off the shelf)
- Custom Reporting
- Rev Rec - outside of contracts
- Sage has provided us a single source of truth w/out the need for complex, off-book consolidations - that alone was worth the switch and has provided us with reviewable (soon to be auditable) financials.
- Access to key information: Dashboards and KPIs are updated throughout the month giving decision makers real-time access to information to make educated business decisions - our close process and access to information/distribution have drastically improved.
- Integration was a slog - our VAR is no longer with Sage Intacct so perhaps that was the issue - while support was always great truly understanding the implementation paint points were something that could have been handled better (and it sounds like they are based on my discussions with other Intacct customers).
We simply outgrew QuickBooks and selected it over NetSuite based on feel.
