Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used by our entire accounting team. Sage Intacct plays a key role in helping us automate a significant portion of our back-office work as the central hub that integrates with all of our other accounting software providers. That has allowed us to streamline our accounting processes and saved us a significant amount of time and money.

  • Automated integrations with expense and AP software eliminated manual journal entries and reduced user error.
Sage Intacct provides a significant amount of structural flexibility. This is positive for long-term usability but also requires an upfront time investment to become acquainted with all the ins and outs of the software. I have also been extremely impressed by the "out-of-the-box" Help Center.
I have been impressed by the "out-of-the-box" Help Center. The help pages are very detailed, and the "Help on this page" button is surprisingly intuitive. 90% of the time, when I click on it, I find the answer I'm looking for on the very first page. In the few instances where I cannot find the answers in these pre-written help pages, customer support has been more mediocre.

Sage Intacct is well suited for a mid-sized company that needs to upgrade from QuickBooks. The main selling feature of Sage Intacct for our company was the flexibility offered by Intacct's dimensions, both in financial tracking and financial reporting. Intacct also integrates with a lot of other third-party service providers, which means time-saving automation for companies that use separate AP and expense software.
