Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is the primary accounting system for our entire organization. While primarily employed by our Accounting department, as one might imagine, it is also used by leaders from all departments for approving purchasing transactions and monthly expense reporting. Leaders also have the ability to drill in on individual expenses and/or vendors to keep track of how money is being spent in their departments.
- Approving purchasing transactions is simple and easy.
- Intacct is mobile friendly and formats pages nicely when viewing from a mobile device.
- Reports can be viewed easily as well as exported in a number of different formats for further analysis.
- Additional export format options for systems like Google Sheets would be nice.
- A GUI redesign in certain areas like Purchasing Transactions could make for fewer clicks and quicker access to necessary data points.
- Better integration with Identity Providers like Okta would be welcome.
- From an end-user like me, I appreciate the ease of approving purchases and the time savings that it provides.
- The audit logs are great for tracking activity on certain purchases or transactions in the system. Allows for better accountability.
- The custom reporting and dashboards that can be created have really helped to raise awareness of financial data points across the organization, again saving time for all involved.

I can only speak to the Accounts Payable automation that is available in Intacct, as that is the only section listed which I have had direct contact with, but from my experience the automated processes around Accounts Payable have streamlined interactions between the Accounting Department and other department leaders in our organization substantially.
