Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I led the selection and implementation of a new GL software package for a nonprofit client. We chose Sage Intacct as a replacement for QuickBooks desktop, which was not in the cloud, did not allow cross-company reporting, and was clunky. Sage Intacct is cloud-based, easy to use, and provides robust reporting and dashboards that you can share with others.

- Would like a more robust user forum.
- More nonprofit friendly report templates.
- Allows C suite folks to understand company financials.
- Cloud based usage during remote work is critical.

We use a sync with an outside AP vendor which has been a huge timesaver for us. We do not use a sync for AR, but I know that many companies do and it is a bonus for them as well. We do not have orders to manage as we don't sell a physical product.
Sage Intacct is more robust than QuickBooks. It allows easier cross departmental and cross company reporting. It also allows easy dashboard creation and reporting. It is a full service software package that anyone who has used business software programs will be able to figure out after some training. I would recommend this to others.
