Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
My facilities department uses Sage Intacct to create purchase orders. It ties in with the accounting department. When we have a new customer to get paid we use this Sage Intacct to start the purchase order process. It has points along the way for me to see what department has added their part or approval process.
- Simple to use.
- Great P.O. tracking system.
- Forgot my password and it required me to get a hold of my admin which added steps to the process instead of me being able to reset it myself.
- Positive impact on our system from being able to track our P.O. system much more efficiently.
With me being part of the facilities department I have not had a lot to do with the financial process like general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable. But I have dealt with order management and making sure my suppliers and vendors get paid in a timely manner and this seems to do the trick. My Vendors love getting paid on time and Sage Intacct helps makes that happen.
I did not have anything to do with the configuring of this system, so I am not sure how helpful Sage was in this process.
