Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is currently used as the primary general ledger software. It is used only by key Accounting, Billing, and Receivable employees. We are able to integrate it with our project management software which is very helpful and efficient. We also use it to produce our various financial statement packages from an internal and external perspective.

  • Allows corrections of typos.
  • Has multiple modules.
  • Custom reporting.

Cons

  • Cash applications.
  • Futures schedules.
  • Help library.
  • Improved reporting.
  • Ease of access.
  • Budget.
We have not utilized this functionality. Right now we manually input all of our bills and receivables. We do not need this functionality.

It is well suited for a small to mid-size company. It is great for report design and daily input. While it is nice to have the different modules separate it can increase navigation times. It could improve in delivering tax reporting and data. Improved client reporting would also be beneficial.
