Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use it daily to look at Accounts Payables at 3 locations. It saves time to track Bills/Register for monthly invoice tracking and looking at overages for variance reports and monthly financials. Another business use for [Sage Intacct] is ensuring invoices are not only coded correctly but being sent to the correct location. We don't have to look through stacks of old invoices to try and track where resources were spent and if the prices are correct. Finally, a few simple clicks and I'm able to look at information monthly, quarterly, or even yearly at all 3 buildings.

- Can run reports based upon a calendar.
- Menu selections are not overwhelming.

- Is there an easier way to reject invoices that are incorrect or not even valid?
- I see how staff are spending money.
- I look at how invoices are coded.
- I can monitor monthly PPD expense to budget.
- I am able to reject expenses.
We have by running mtd, ytd, or even qtd reports. Able to save reports as well!
We do use the spend management portion of the portal on a regular basis. This helps us maintain our budgets and question expenses, when needed.
