Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct just in the Finance department here. We use the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reporting functions.
- Easy interface.
- Easy to learn.
- Can only use sections as need for the organization.
- Error messages can show where it is instead of like BOX 7 error and there is nothing label box.
- Setting up of additional users.
- Add voice overs for the on demand trainings.
- We like that it can integrate with our online applications.
- The reports are great for staff to understand.
- Easy interface.
Right now I do not have access to the general ledger - I started the position about two months ago. We do not use the order management function. But I can attest to the accounts payable and accounts receivable portion of Intacct. It makes it easier to enter monthly invoices and update AR invoices.
