Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is very user-friendly. We have a top-level and subsidiaries within Intacct. Accounting has been very easy within Intacct. When you simply run the GL and you need more detail on something you can click on it and it will take you to its original entry and you can see everything you would need there, including any attachments. We find new functions and reports we can run every day that is streamlining our job duties.
- You can customize reports in any way you can think of.
- The help function is very detailed and you can find anything you need within it.
- There is a comment section that you can use as an additional audit trail.
- On AP, it would be nice for a filter of "payment method to be added." We created an O/S view, but if the payment method is checked it would help us in creating our AP run. We currently go into vendors to see their payment methods. I was able to create a view in "Pay bills," but isn't quite what I wanted.
All core financial processes like GL, AP, AR have made daily tasks much quicker. Reviewing is much faster when you are able to click on what you want to look at and see all of the detail including attachments. You can create views to see different aspects. For example, under AP we created a view that showed all unpaid invoices for a quick view and helps us prepare a weekly cash forecast.
