Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct for time reporting and invoicing purpose[s]. I feel like this platform is very end user friendly with a mild UI feel. The navigation is easy. Invoicing is also much better and cleaner [and] can be shared with our clients in PDF. The areas of improvement would be to have to expand/collapse the Project/Task column as per user need to see exactly which Project/Task we are putting the time against.
- Time sheets
- User interface
- Simplifying invoicing structure
- Navigation within the portal
- Expand/Collapse column while entering the time sheet for Project & Task columns
- Provide some "How to" videos on general navigation for first time users
- Time Reporting was cumbersome before and now it has become easy
- Invoicing was a pain and hopefully it is much [more] streamlined now in Intacct
