Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Inacct for payment processing, budget and report. Also, we use it along with Paramount. As a first time user, I enjoy the functionality of the software in creating reports and providing supervisor with platforms to review their programs from the dashboard feature.
- Run reports.
- Drill down feature.
- Accessibility.
- Dashboards.
- Importing copies of invoices. Unsure if the option is there and we're not using it.
- Security....again, the setting may be there to prevent users from searching all transactions.
- Example....how can we prevent users from searching the database for transactions unrelated to their department.
- It helps us provide necessary budget and reports required to stay compliant with our grants.
- It assist our directors with live data to monitor their programs.
Yes, we are able to provide reports needed for different areas. Also, manage spending and evaluate cost saving projection. We do not use the software for order management. Accounts Payable: from working along side my co-workers in this department, they have not expressed any complaints. They seem to enjoy the software in this area of their job performance.
