Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct as our book of record and have Salesforce as our operations management system. We do have significant issues with capture of inventory management as we use two outside warehouses for distribution. Salesforce operations to Intacct was not built correctly with initial implementation and needs to be re-managed/implemented. But, there are significant improvements in the Distribution aspect of Intacct that should address the majority of our concerns.
- We use Cross Country as our VAR and they have great response times with Sage.
- Sage continues to grow the products and resources to customers.
- Sage now considers Education Development a customer base.
- The Transform has mentioned multiple times about SMB, but needs to share more details with Large Business. they have the capabilities!
- Positive impact on overall reporting to senior management.
This is our book of record. There are always room for improvements, but Sage does listen to feedback and have resources for learning. their learning portal is extremely beneficial. We have Salesforce integration for Order Management, and have had significant difficulties along the journey, but working with our VAR are finding method of improvements.
We have multi-entity and reporting aspect is quite easy. We have project accounting, but have not enhanced that to the best of the capabilities yet. Working with our VAR for improvements.
