Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

This is our complete accounting and payment system. We use it for billing, payables and for our financial reporting and analysis. The [...] group out of Dallas has helped us in immeasurable amounts and helped us appreciate all the system will do.

Pros

  • invoiceing
  • payables
  • Journal entries

Cons

  • printing items or selecting multiple items to print
  • the date constraints on the financial reporting are archaic and way behind the times. Dates are a variable that people use, learn this please.
  • limited reports, we need them but not all of us are programmers.
  • it has been nice tracking program expenses
we have had very little communication from anyone at Sage on this.
frustration with running financial reports without them having to be customized and the date limitations
you are not the highest on ease of use
