Overall Satisfaction with Sales Performance Management solutions from SAP SuccessFactors

We use SAP SuccessFactors to keep our sales territories running smoothly, which has been made easy with it. Earlier it was hard because we used to do everything manually, but now we can automate everything, and it gives accuracy as well. Incentivizing teams has been made easy as well. Now we can equally divide the incentives with the team according to their performance or sales.

It is pretty easy for us, as we have a technical team to do that. They can do it easily, so the sales team does not need to be worried about that. While configuring it, our IT team was stuck with it, so they reached out to the support team, and I must say the support team was impressive for us.
Sales has been improved as we can now plan for sales and forecast the sales performance as well. It has also left good prints on the revenue of our company, as the company has been running in profit since we started working with it, and the sales team is very happy about it because they do not need to be worried about their incentives any more.
I am giving it 9 out of 10 because it is one of the very good software programs available in the market now. Our sales have been top of all time, and employees are motivated to achieve their targets and earn good money as well. and many of the task has been automated so team does not need to do everything manually.
SAP SuccessFactors is better than the Accord Sales Execution Platform because the automation it provides is something out of the box for us. Which was very much less with Accord, and customization according to our need is better than that also. So we can focus on sales and do not need to worry about anything else.

I would give it a 9 out of 10 rating as it performs well for automation. Last month we needed to divide incentives among our team members, which we did with the help of it. Earlier we used to do that manually, which was hectic for managers and the HR department; now it has been automated with it.
