Earlier it was hard because we used to do everything manually, but now we can automate everything, and it gives accuracy as well. Incentivizing teams has been made easy as well. Now we can equally divide the incentives with the team according to their performance or sales.

Sales has been improved as we can now plan for sales and forecast the sales performance as well. It has also left good prints on the revenue of our company, as the company has been running in profit since we started working with it, and the sales team is very happy about it because they do not need to be worried about their incentives any more.
SAP SuccessFactors is better than the Accord Sales Execution Platform because the automation it provides is something out of the box for us. Which was very much less with Accord, and customization according to our need is better than that also. So we can focus on sales and do not need to worry about anything else.
